We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Application Implementation consultant who loves being part of motivated and driven team.
A permanent position has been created within our small dynamic development team to implement our new software platform, ensuring customer satisfaction. This application will be utilised by multiple clients around the globe. You will work alongside our application support team.
DIGI-STEEL are a specialised development house producing applications for the steel fabrication and machinery industries, our team is small, friendly, and highly skilled across multiple disciplines.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree
3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Ensuring delivery of implementation to the agreed scope and project plan.
- Consulting to new and existing customers, leading communication to ensure successful implementation of our software, reflecting any risk and or issues.
- Managing client and internal stakeholder relationship during implementation process.
- Understanding our clients’ needs and executing implementation of our DIGI-STEEL MRP / MES application.
- troubleshooting customer issues during implementation.
- Always Delivering a high level of customer service.
Experience / Qualifications
- Good knowledge and experience in delivering software to end users
- Experience supporting bespoke software
- Great customer service skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
- A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to self-organise and prioritise work accordingly
- In depth experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
Future responsibilities
Become a key player in the development of our international, cloud-based enterprise system
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
